Legal obligation to report to the National Board of Health
Freya fertility is gathering information from every pregnancy and birth to get an overview of the clinics results, which must be reported to the National Board of Health.
After your pregnancy we kindly ask you to fill out a form about your pregnancy and birth. The form will be given to you, when you have your pregnancy scan, and you must send it to us after giving birth.
We need to know the date of birth, if the baby is a boy or a girl, the weight and length of the baby. We also need to know if the delivery was without complications, and whether the birth originally was planned by a cesarean section.

You are more than welcome to share your experiences with others who are in fertility treatment, or about to begin fertility treatment. You are also welcome to send pictures of the baby, with a short note, for us to share on social media.
